At G AquaAura, shipping live aquatic life is handled with responsibility, precision, and care. Every order is packed and dispatched with safe handling standards so fish, shrimp, plants, botanicals, and dry goods reach you in healthy condition wherever shipping is legally and logistically permitted.

ORDER PROCESS
Live orders are dispatched only after health check approval, proper conditioning, and weather or transit safety review. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Fish are observed for feeding behavior and checked for visible stress or disease signs before packing.
Live fish are packed in oxygen-filled double-layer bags with insulation and shock-safe outer packaging when needed.
Dispatch may be delayed during extreme heat, cold, storms, or unsafe transit windows to protect livestock.
We confirm serviceability, courier availability, and delivery feasibility before shipping restricted or remote locations.
SHIPPING METHODS
We use air cargo for long-distance routes and express road courier for nearby states, handled through trusted live-stock logistics partners.
These are shipped through standard courier services, with express shipping available on request when possible.
Live fish shipping charges vary by weight, distance, packaging type, and courier availability. Plants and dry goods may have fixed or calculated shipping at checkout.
Tracking details are shared by WhatsApp, SMS, or email after dispatch. Some live cargo shipments may have limited real-time tracking, so our team may provide manual updates.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
Eligible live fish orders may be covered for dead on arrival or significant transit damage when the required proof and reporting conditions are met.

IMPORTANT NOTES
We ship to most serviceable pin codes in India, including major cities, tier 2 and tier 3 towns, and aquarium hobbyist hubs. We do not ship to restricted, prohibited, or non-serviceable pin codes.
If delivery fails because of wrong address, recipient unavailability, or rejection without valid reason, re-shipping charges may apply and the live arrival guarantee may be void.
Slight stress after travel is normal. Acclimate fish properly before adding them to the aquarium and never release fish directly into tank water without acclimation.
Once dispatched, some delays may be outside our control, but we continue to coordinate and communicate as clearly as possible.
