SHIPPING FLOW
Live shipping is not treated like a normal parcel. Each shipment is prepared after checking fish condition, route suitability, packaging needs, and delivery timing.
Fish are selected for shipping only when they are active, stable, and suitable for transit.
Orders are oxygen packed with suitable water volume and box protection based on species and route.
We prefer dispatch windows that reduce holding time and avoid unnecessary delay in transit.
Float, acclimate slowly, dim the lights, and avoid heavy feeding on the first day.
CUSTOMER RECEIVING GUIDE
Receive the parcel personally and avoid leaving live fish unattended at security desks or parcel counters.
Inspect the box and bag in a calm area. Keep the sealed bag safe while preparing acclimation.
Equalize temperature first, then mix tank water gradually before release.
