HOW IT WORKS
The goal is simple: protect genuine customers and keep the review fair. Please do not discard the bag, water, or fish until our support team confirms the next step.
Live shipments should be accepted immediately. Delayed pickup or unattended delivery can affect eligibility.
Take a continuous unpacking video, including the outer box, sealed bag, and fish condition before opening the bag.
Send proof to WhatsApp or email with your order number so our team can review and respond without delay.
Eligible claims may be resolved through store credit, replacement guidance, or another support option based on the case.
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS
Claims are strongest when the video shows the parcel from sealed state to fish inspection without cuts.
Contact support before discarding water or moving the fish if there is a serious arrival issue.
Loss after rushed acclimation, unsuitable tank conditions, aggression, or poor water parameters may not qualify.
Dispatch may be delayed for fish safety when the route, heat, cold, or courier timing is not suitable.
